Working to end family violence for everyone takes commitment to change.



We are excited to share the launch of the SAFE pledge, a program developed by Voltage Control in partnership with The SAFE Alliance. This pledge was born out of tragedy and solidified by the desire to prevent senseless tragedies by making resources and education available to stop family violence.



Effective company leaders understand a culture of sustained psychological safety should include supporting safety at work and at home, they may not be aware of training or other resources to help them do that.



In response to the tragic loss of a beloved co-worker to family violence, Voltage Control created the SAFE Pledge, developed to provide a roadmap for organizations. Our intention is to educate organizations and prevent senseless loss. Supporting colleagues and loved ones who may be living with abuse is everyone's responsibility.
